MOQ is quotation-specific
Ask whether the minimum applies per item, size, finish, marking, packaging format or total order. Also confirm whether initial orders, repeat orders and samples use different minimums, and how quantity changes affect price and timing.
Samples need separate terms
Confirm availability, what the sample represents, quantity, cost, freight, timing, accompanying documents, approval criteria and the effect of revisions. Agree handling, ownership and return terms before shipping a physical reference.
Prepare marking and packaging briefs
For marking, provide vector artwork, exact text, size, placement, orientation and traceability needs. For packaging, state the unit, inner and outer configuration, quantities, labels, language, barcode format and destination. Availability requires written confirmation.
Request documents by name
List the exact specification, drawing, inspection, material, marking, packaging, shipment or market document required. The response should state its scope, issuing entity, language, delivery stage and any restriction.
